In-ear monitors...What do you think?

I just got some in-ear monitors and I love them! Does anyoue else have any experience with them? If anybody's thinking of getting them, they're a musician's dream!

I am a musician and I was introduced to in-ear monitors at a show I did at the Knitting Factory in L.A. I was playing right before the Ben Taylor Band...the frontman is James Taylor's son. Well, throughout Ben's set, he kept fiddling with his in-ear monitors...the little thing you can control them with. He looked very nervous...I'm all about old-school everything. I am an Analog person.

I'm an old-school person myself, but I kept my floor wedges cranked, and my sound tech was constantly complaining. The in-ears give me so much more control over every aspect of my monitor mix. I can balance my keyboard with my vocal, and create the proper mix of everything, and because of the total isolation from everything else, the volume can be kept really really low, so I won't be deaf.
